The databases which your forums use are the single property of forumotion.com according to the article L. 341-1 of the law of July 1, 1998 on the protection of databases:

No, Forumotion.com reserves the right to restore or not a database of a forum to a third according to the article L. 342-1 of the law of July 1, 1998 on the protection of databases:

Sanctions:
The fact of not respecting these rights are by the law punished by up to two years of imprisonment and a fine of 150.000€

Nici invers????

in nici-un caz invers , ideea este ca forumul acesta este proprietatea a lui forumotion.com , ei iti dau drepturi sa dai nume la forum si sa faci pe aici tot felul, dar ei pot face ce vor , baza de date cu useri si posturi este a lor, deci mare smecherie nu poti sa faci , este gratuit asta este problema, din cauza asta eu am cumparat domeniul ala , sa putem face absotul ce vrem noi si ca mai multi decat unu sa poata aiba acces, am crezut ca se poate trasfera forumul dar firma asta cacacioasa e cam bulangista se pare ......

Genul acesta de gazde se pot folosi de toate adresele de mail in scopuri publicitare, sa nu va mirati intr-o zi ca va treziti cu 30 de spamuri odata pe mail!
De aceea refuza sa "insraineze" baza de date, se fac bani grei cu aceste mailuri!
Ei de fapt nu iti ofera moca acest serviciu "GRATUIT".
